Contact requests

The site has no forms. If you write to us by email or call, we handle the data you give us (for example name, company, contact details and the content of your request) to reply and follow up. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures requested by you and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

Browsing data

This site uses no cookies, analytics or profiling tools. As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical connection data in server logs (for example IP address, date and time, requested page) to keep the service secure and working.

Third-party services

Fonts and videos are hosted on the site itself. The “Open in Google Maps” link leads to a Google service, subject to its own notice; data is exchanged with Google only if you choose to open it.

Retention and recipients

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal obligations. Data may be processed by IT service providers acting as data processors, and is not disclosed publicly.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing by writing to info@silfassrl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
